NIACL AO 2023 Selection Process
The eligible graduates/postgraduates will be selected for NIACL AO 2023 through their performances in three different stages. The candidate has to qualify in each stage to get selected for the post of Administrative Officer Generalist posts.

Steps to Apply Online for NIACL AO 2023
Once the online application process is active, the interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications by following the below steps:
Step-1: Visit the official website of New India Assurance Co. Ltd. @newindia.co.in
Step-2: On the homepage, click on the “Recruitment” section appearing at the top of the page.
Step-3: A new page will appear on your screen with all the recruitments for NIACL.
Step-4: Click on “Recruitment of Administrative Officer (Scale I) 2023”.
Step-5: Click on the “New Sign-Up” button and generate a new registration number & password.
Step-6: Now, click on the “Apply Online” link with the generated registration number.
Step-7: Fill in all the details, pay the application fee, and upload documents as required.
Step-8: Click on “Submit” and download the application form for future use.

NIACL AO 2023 Exam Pattern
There would be 2 Online Examinations in NIACL AO 2023 wherein Phase- 1 will be objective only and Phase 2 will be objective and descriptive both.
NIACL AO 2023 Exam Pattern- Phase 1
1. The questions will be from three sections in NIACL Phase 1 Exam: English, Reasoning, and Numerical/Quantitative Aptitude.
2. There will be a sectional time of 20 minutes for each section.
3. There will be 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 1 mark each.
4. There will be a negative marking of ¼th mark for each incorrect answer.

NIACL AO 2023 Exam Pattern- Phase 2
1. The NIACL AO Mains Exam is divided into 2 sections: Objective & Descriptive type and the candidate have to pass each section separately.
2. The duration of the Objective type paper will be 2 hours and for descriptive, it will be 30 minutes.
3. There will be 200 MCQ-type questions and 2 Essay/Letter Writing questions.
4. The descriptive test will be conducted in the English language only.
5. There will be a negative marking of ¼th mark for each incorrect answer.

NIACL AO Descriptive Test
The duration of the NIACL AO Descriptive Test will be 30 minutes and it will hold 30 marks. It will be a Test of English Language – Letter & Essay writing. NIACL AO descriptive test will be conducted in English and will take place online.

NIACL AO 2023 Cut Off
The NIACL AO 2023 Cut-Off will be released after each phase of the examination is completed. The cut-off for the Preliminary exam will be released first followed by the cut-off for Mains Exam. Candidates can evaluate their selection chances by matching their scores with the cut-off list released by NIACL.
